This is a very brief overview of fasting benefits and eating healthy. I understand the author wanted to be short and sweet, but I did feel it was too brief. Also, there were many grammatical errors which led me to believe the author doesn't have a full grasp of the English language. It was all understandable, but not well written nonetheless.
